Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to work part-time evening shifts Monday through Friday 3:00 pm to 8:30 pm
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage stressful situations calmly
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to provide accurate information and directions
- Customer service experience preferred

Job Duties
- Warmly greet and attend to guest needs
- Understand and follow organization policies, procedures, and security management guest check-in process
- Participate in department's performance improvement activities
- Maintain flow of communication and resources for the Guest Services department
- Professionally handle stressful situations while maintaining quality of work and customer service
- Review daily schedules and update or reschedule conflicts
- Help keep guest services areas clean and attractive
- Provide accurate directions and information about hospital services, people, locations, and community
- Serve as the designated greeter at the lobby entrance
- Build strong relationships with vendors providing guest services
- Facilitate guest check-in ensuring appropriate identification of guests
