Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Previous experience in customer service preferred
- Ability to work part-time evening shifts Monday-Friday 3:00 PM-8:30 PM
- Strong communication skills
- Knowledge of hospital environment and procedures preferred
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and security
- Friendly and approachable demeanor

Job Duties
- Warmly greet and attend to guest needs
- Understand and follow the organization’s policies, procedures and security management guest check-in process
- Maintain cleanliness and attractiveness of guest service areas
- Assist patients and visitors with directions and hospital information
- Participate in department performance improvement activities
- Handle stressful situations professionally while maintaining quality of work and customer service
- Review daily schedules and update or reschedule conflicts
