  • 3-5 years experience in luxury hotel
  • Supervisory experience
  • Proficient in MS Office, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Teams
  • Superior guest service skills
  • Excellent analytical and organizational skills

  • Preferred multilingual abilities in French, Italian or Spanish

Job Duties

  • Manage all VIP, special attention, specialty suite and return guests, including coordinating and monitoring communication between guests and all necessary departments
  • Oversee all elite guest stays including pre-arrival, room allocation, meet and greet upon arrival, and continuous engagement throughout their stay
  • Determine amenities for all VIP and special guests and coordinate directly with the management team
  • Review all VIP and special guest pertinent details with the entire operations team
  • Coordinate guest room special requests and manage VIP arrivals
  • Direct room service amenity servers to ensure appropriate amenities are placed prior to guest arrival
  • Oversee curbside arrival of VIP guests ensuring doormen, valet runners, and bellmen attend to guests' needs
  • Inspect housekeeping work in VIP guest rooms to exceed quality and cleanliness expectations
  • Partner with operational leadership to ensure service consistency across outlets
  • Make timely decisions balancing guest needs with financial, safety, and staffing goals
  • Resolve guest relationship issues promptly and keep management informed
  • Act as butler in the Penthouse during occupancy
  • Comply with company work rules and standards of conduct
  • Ensure all departments follow up on service glitches promptly
  • Anticipate and fulfill guest requests and requirements efficiently
  • Create and execute action plans to prevent recurring guest relation issues
  • Maintain lobby presence during high occupancy and peak arrival/departure times
  • Assist other departments with guest problem resolution
  • Act in absence of senior management for guest safety and wellbeing
  • Resolve room discrepancies
  • Respond appropriately to hotel emergencies
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by management
  • Maintain professionalism and integrity with guests and employees
  • Manage guest relations team scheduling, labor, and vacation approvals
  • Update and maintain guest preference profiles
  • Ensure long-term guest communication
  • Network with other Four Seasons properties for guest booking assistance
