Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous hospitality experience preferred
  • proficiency in relevant software systems
  • excellent communication skills
  • ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure
  • strong interpersonal skills
  • commitment to delivering high-quality service

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience in front office, concierge and/or spa preferred
  • strong organizational skills
  • excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • interpersonal skills with a deep understanding of multicultural customs
  • creative and service oriented with keen eye for detail
  • results driven with initiative and ability to work independently
  • working knowledge of PMS systems, MS Office suite, and other itinerary building software preferred

Job Duties

  • Manage and coordinate pre-arrival guest communications and arrangements
  • act as a liaison between butler services and front office departments
  • personalize guest interactions to enhance experience
  • input and update guest data accurately in property management systems
  • communicate guest requirements to relevant departments effectively
  • maintain high hospitality and brand standards
  • oversee smooth coordination of guest services during stay
