Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous hospitality or customer service experience
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work under pressure
  • proficiency with relevant software
  • fluency in English
  • willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience in front office, concierge, or spa preferred
  • strong organizational skills
  • excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • strong interpersonal skills with cultural sensitivity
  • creative and detail-oriented
  • results-driven and proactive
  • working knowledge of PMS and MS Office
  • familiarity with Opera, Alice, SpaSoft, or HotSoS preferred

Job Duties

  • Manage pre-arrival guest communications and personalize interactions
  • coordinate with butler and front office teams for seamless guest service
  • maintain accurate records and endorse guest preferences
  • translate pre-arrival notes into property management systems
  • liaise with housekeeping, food and beverage, spa, and concierge departments
  • act as an ambassador of the hotel ensuring brand standards
  • provide administrative support to butler and front office managers
