Job Requirements
- High school education
- 2 years of guest service, front of the house, or concierge experience
- Ability to read, write and speak English
- Highly proficient in computer skills and multi-tasking

Job Duties
- Conducts outreach for all VIP guests under the Guest Experience belt
- Responds to all guest requests in an accurate and timely manner making recommendations based on local knowledge and hotel practices
- Assist Managers with preparing for incoming arrival for the day
- Coordinate between all departments to ensure guest needs are met and exceeded including arranging special amenities on arrival, turndown and departure
- Utilizes a variety of software programs to accurately input special arrangements the guest has made and to assure proper billing
