  • knowledge of safety and sanitation standards

Job Duties

  • clean guest rooms and public areas to maintain high standards of cleanliness and appearance
  • respond promptly and courteously to guest requests and needs
  • stock housekeeping carts with necessary supplies
  • ensure adherence to safety protocols and company policies
  • maintain confidentiality and uphold quality standards
  • assist in upkeep of hotel facilities to enhance guest experience
  • perform physical tasks such as lifting, carrying, and moving items weighing up to 50 pounds
