Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Responding to codes and general support to guest experience department
  • Lead, manage, and hold accountable concierge, retail, and consumable departments
  • Oversee merchandising and restock
  • Oversee inventory and ordering
  • Conduct and update audits, coaching, and compliance checks regularly for all departments
  • Develop and maintain departmental standard operating procedures
  • Oversee scheduling and fill scheduling gaps
  • Implement process improvements as needed
