Job Requirements
- Work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Continuous mobility throughout the store during shift
- Frequent standing, bending, pulling, pushing, crouching, reaching, stooping, and twisting during shift
- Continuous lifting and/or moving up to 10 lbs during shift
- Continuous coordination and manipulation of objects during shift
- Frequent use of computer, telephonic devices, and related office supplies
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma preferred
- 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Proficient with basic technology such as Point of Sale systems, Apple devices, and Services Booking System
- Demonstrate competency in sales, products, and service
- Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to troubleshoot
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Job Duties
- Contribute to meeting or exceeding store goals related to retail and service sales, guest loyalty, retail shrink, and omni-channel sales
- Provide exceptional guest service by acknowledging and assisting guests in the Salon, Haircare, and Skincare areas
- Courteously handle sales, refunds, and exchanges
- Support the services team by managing salon phone calls, guest concerns, service bookings, guest records, and salon traffic flow
- Build the services business by informing guests of promotions and events, and recommending products and services
- Influence and support service providers with daily appointment pages, rebooking, and guest acquisition
- Book appointments and support in-store events to deliver an unrivaled guest experience
- Stay informed on industry trends, products, and services during work hours
- Maintain regular attendance
- Contribute to an inclusive environment that supports teammates and guests
- Develop guest relationships and provide appropriate retail and service recommendations
- Collaborate with managers, associates, stylists, and skin therapists to grow business
- Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and safety standards
- Maintain store operational standards, including cleanliness and supply management
- Follow loss prevention best practices
- Execute other operational tasks as directed
