Job Requirements

  • High school diploma is preferred
  • 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience
  • Proficient with basic technology such as Point of Sale system, Apple devices, Services Booking System
  • Demonstrate competency in sales, products, and service
  • Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to troubleshoot
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Contribute to meeting or exceeding the store's goals related to retail and service sales, guest loyalty including credit, retail shrink, and omni-channel sales
  • Provide exceptional guest service by acknowledging guests in Salon, Haircare, and Skincare areas and offering friendly, prompt, and courteous service
  • Handle sales, refunds, and exchanges courteously
  • Support the services team by answering salon phone calls, addressing guest concerns, managing booking system and salon traffic flow, suggesting add-on services
  • Build the services business by informing guests about promotions and events and recommending products and services
  • Influence service providers in their appointment pages, rebooking, and new guest acquisition
  • Book appointments and support execution of services and in-store events
  • Stay informed on industry trends and product knowledge to better serve guests
  • Maintain prompt and regular attendance
  • Contribute to an inclusive environment supporting teammates and guests
  • Communicate and collaborate to create awareness of stylists' goals
  • Develop guest relationships and provide retail and service recommendations
  • Identify guests' needs ensuring a 360-degree experience
  • Collaborate to grow the business and support guest experiences
  • Establish professional relationships fostering exceptional service
  • Share benefits of guest loyalty program including credit and app
  • Attend mandatory trainings for professional development
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and dress code
  • Support safety, sanitation, and infection control procedures
  • Utilize scheduling tools to recommend schedule adjustments
  • Communicate supply needs ensuring guest readiness
  • Maintain cleanliness and operational standards of store areas
  • Follow loss prevention best practices
  • Execute operational tasks as directed
