Job Requirements

  • This position is on-site based in our corporate office in Fort Lauderdale Florida
  • associate degree or equivalent experience required
  • minimum 2 years of experience in luxury travel cruise or hospitality guest services/reservations
  • exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a confident and engaging phone presence
  • highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • proficient in Microsoft Office including Word Excel Outlook
  • experience with CRM and reservations platforms a plus
  • passion for travel global cultures and delivering elevated customer service
  • a proactive solution-focused mindset with strong interpersonal skills
  • ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
  • flexible working shifts including evenings weekends and holidays as needed

Job Qualifications

  • Associate degree or equivalent experience

Job Duties

  • Deliver best-in-class service to our guests and travel advisor partners via phone and email providing support for existing bookings modifications and detailed itinerary inquiries
  • serve as a subject matter expert for all Atlas itineraries onboard experiences and pre/post-voyage offerings
  • address complex inquiries escalations or requests with professionalism empathy and urgency
  • assist with financial transactions including payments refunds booking adjustments and promotions
  • collaborate cross-functionally with sales guest services and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery
  • participate in proactive outbound communication for special campaigns pre-departure assistance or guest retention efforts
  • maintain a deep understanding of company policies procedures and promotions and effectively communicate them to clients and partners
  • actively contribute to team goals performance metrics and continuous improvement efforts
  • safeguard guest privacy and handle all sensitive information in compliance with company standards
