Job Requirements
- This position is on-site based in our corporate office in Fort Lauderdale Florida
- associate degree or equivalent experience required
- minimum 2 years of experience in luxury travel cruise or hospitality guest services/reservations
- exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a confident and engaging phone presence
- highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- proficient in Microsoft Office including Word Excel Outlook
- experience with CRM and reservations platforms a plus
- passion for travel global cultures and delivering elevated customer service
- a proactive solution-focused mindset with strong interpersonal skills
- ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
- flexible working shifts including evenings weekends and holidays as needed
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Deliver best-in-class service to our guests and travel advisor partners via phone and email providing support for existing bookings modifications and detailed itinerary inquiries
- serve as a subject matter expert for all Atlas itineraries onboard experiences and pre/post-voyage offerings
- address complex inquiries escalations or requests with professionalism empathy and urgency
- assist with financial transactions including payments refunds booking adjustments and promotions
- collaborate cross-functionally with sales guest services and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- participate in proactive outbound communication for special campaigns pre-departure assistance or guest retention efforts
- maintain a deep understanding of company policies procedures and promotions and effectively communicate them to clients and partners
- actively contribute to team goals performance metrics and continuous improvement efforts
- safeguard guest privacy and handle all sensitive information in compliance with company standards
