Job Requirements

  • On-site based in corporate office in Fort Lauderdale, Florida
  • Associate degree or equivalent experience required
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in luxury travel, cruise, or hospitality guest services/reservations
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a confident and engaging phone presence
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Experience with CRM and reservations platforms a plus
  • Passion for travel, global cultures, and delivering elevated customer service
  • A proactive, solution-focused mindset with strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
  • Flexible working shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed

Job Duties

  • Deliver best-in-class service to our guests and travel advisor partners via phone, and email, providing support for existing bookings, modifications, and detailed itinerary inquiries
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for all Atlas itineraries, onboard experiences, and pre/post-voyage offerings
  • Address complex inquiries, escalations, or requests with professionalism, empathy, and urgency
  • Assist with financial transactions including payments, refunds, booking adjustments, and promotions
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Guest Services, and Operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Participate in proactive outbound communication for special campaigns, pre-departure assistance, or guest retention efforts
  • Maintain a deep understanding of company policies, procedures, and promotions, and effectively communicate them to clients and partners
  • Actively contributes to team goals, performance metrics, and continuous improvement efforts
  • Safeguards guest privacy and handle all sensitive information in compliance with company standards
