- submit menu description of two dishes (one vegetarian/vegan, one non-vegetarian/vegan)
- participate in virtual interview if qualified
- available for collaboration meetings
- available for on-site demonstrations
- agree to marketing and recipe usage terms
Job Qualifications
- 18+ years of age
- authorized to work in the U.S.
- reliable transportation to/from The Henry Ford
- valid ServSafe Food Handler Certification
Job Duties
- collaborate with The Henry Ford's culinary team to create two dishes for the Stand 44 menu
- participate in virtual or in-person planning meetings prior to selected month
- lead 1-2 on-site culinary demonstrations during the residency
- provide headshot and biography for promotional use
- approve future use of their recipes by The Henry Ford
- showcase innovative dishes highlighting local, seasonal, sustainable ingredients
- engage with Greenfield Village visitors and represent The Henry Ford's mission through culinary arts
