Job Requirements

  • strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with guests and team members
  • proficiency in using hotel management software and standard office equipment
  • ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle guest complaints gracefully
  • availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • Greet and check in guests upon their arrival with a friendly and professional demeanor
  • ensure all guest information is accurately entered into the hotel management system
  • assist guests with inquiries regarding hotel amenities, services, and local attractions
  • handle and resolve any check-in issues or complaints in a timely and courteous manner
  • process payments, issue receipts, and manage room keys effectively
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk and lobby area
