Job Duties
- Offer assistance to guests who need help
- Clear tables of dishes
- Sanitize and disinfect tables and seats
- Follow position responsibilities related to just-in-time delivery
- Know daily buffet offerings and menu prices
- Maintain organization and cleanliness in dining and surrounding areas
- Ensure buffet setup and labels are correct
- Clean all buffets and surrounding areas
- Follow local health department laws
- Perform duty roster duties ensuring cleanliness, service, and quality standards
- Work individually and with a team
- Perform tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
