Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior restaurant experience is a plus
- Ability to manage fast-paced, high-volume shifts while providing excellent guest service
- Successful completion of hourly position validations including company-required training
- Adheres to Logans Roadhouse appearance standards
- Must possess proper food handler and alcohol dispensing certifications

Job Duties
- Clearing, cleaning, and resetting tables between seatings
- Serving food and refilling beverages as required
- Placing tableware and condiments on tables
- Assisting with cleaning and processing dirty dishes and silverware
- Ensuring menus, crockery, and cutlery are cleaned and replenished
- Managing inventory of napkins, straws, salt, pepper, and other condiments
- Reporting damage, shortages, and complaints to the manager
- Moving tables, chairs, and furniture as needed
- Tidying the restaurant after service and prepping for the next service
- Performing restroom checks as needed
