Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • prior restaurant experience is a plus
  • ability to manage fast-paced, high-volume shifts while providing excellent guest service
  • successful completion of hourly position validations including company-required training in safety, systems, and menu
  • adherence to Logans Roadhouse Appearance Standards
  • possession of proper food handler and alcohol dispensing certifications

Job Duties

  • Clear tables promptly between seatings
  • sanitize tables to maintain hygiene
  • reset tables with silverware, plates, and napkins
  • serve food and refill beverages as necessary
  • manage inventory of table supplies including napkins, straws, salt, and pepper
  • assist in cleaning and processing dirty dishes and silverware
  • report damages, shortages or complaints to management
  • move tables and chairs to accommodate customers
  • tidy the restaurant after service
  • perform restroom checks as required
