Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior restaurant experience is a plus
- ability to manage fast-paced, high-volume shifts while providing excellent guest service
- successful completion of hourly position validations including company-required training in safety, systems, and menu
- adherence to Logans Roadhouse Appearance Standards
- possession of proper food handler and alcohol dispensing certifications

Job Duties
- Clear tables promptly between seatings
- sanitize tables to maintain hygiene
- reset tables with silverware, plates, and napkins
- serve food and refill beverages as necessary
- manage inventory of table supplies including napkins, straws, salt, and pepper
- assist in cleaning and processing dirty dishes and silverware
- report damages, shortages or complaints to management
- move tables and chairs to accommodate customers
- tidy the restaurant after service
- perform restroom checks as required
