Job Duties
- Provide excellent customer service
- sell lagoon tickets, rental products, special events tickets, gift shop merchandise, and other products as required
- check in guests and residents of the lagoon as well as monitor the re-entry process
- ensure guests follow company bag check rules
- clean your assigned work area as needed for a strong opening, closing, and maintain throughout the day
- clean and reset rental areas throughout the day and for closing responsibilities
- assist with maintaining lawn games and lending materials to guests
- accept, log, and maintain the park's lost and found by adhering to all procedures
- assist guests with any questions or concerns onsite and via phone
- use a walkie-talkie radio to communicate with other team members and leadership
- ensure proper handling of all cash, credit cards, and gift cards
- assist guests in parking area as needed
- adhere to all safety policies to ensure guests and team members’ safety
- demonstrate the utmost integrity in all professional and personal matters
- other duties as assigned, including assisting in other departments
