Job Duties

  • Greet and welcome guests upon arrival and departure
  • Assist guests with their luggage in a timely and courteous manner
  • Escort guests to their rooms and provide information about hotel services and local attractions
  • Ensure hallways, entrances, and guest areas are clear and free of obstacles
  • Coordinate with front desk and other departments to facilitate guest requests
  • Maintain professional appearance and adhere to safety and company policies
  • Complete required reports and communicate operational issues as needed
