Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience driving shuttle or similar vehicle
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- capacity to lift and carry luggage weighing up to 23 kg unaided and above 34 kg with assistance
- reliable and punctual
- willingness to comply with company policies and safety standards
- authorized to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- experience in guest service or hospitality preferred
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to lift and move luggage up to specified weights
- familiarity with BWI Airport area advantageous
Job Duties
- operate shuttle vehicles safely to transport guests
- assist guests with luggage loading and unloading
- provide friendly and professional customer service
- follow all safety protocols and company policies
- maintain cleanliness and operational readiness of shuttle vehicles
- support guest arrival and departure processes
- complete reports and communicate effectively with team members
