Job Duties
- drive shuttle vehicles to transport guests safely to and from airport terminals and hotel property
- assist guests with luggage handling and transportation
- provide exceptional customer service to enhance guest arrival and departure experiences
- manage operational tasks such as completing reports and addressing guest requests
- maintain a professional appearance and follow company policies
- ensure safety protocols are adhered to during shuttle operations
- offer local area information and recommendations to guests
