Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior customer service experience preferred but not required
- ability to stand and remain mobile during entire shift
- capability to lift and move merchandise up to 44 pounds occasionally
- flexible availability including nights, weekends, holidays, and peak shopping times
- basic proficiency with technology and ability to learn new systems
- strong communication skills
- positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- compliance with safety and company policies
- willingness to work varying shifts
- legal authorization to work

Job Duties
- demonstrate a service culture that prioritizes the guest service experience by delivering the service standard
- create a welcoming experience by greeting guests while completing daily tasks
- engage with guests in a welcoming way to help solve their specific needs
- inform guests of current promotions, store activities, and events
- be knowledgeable about tools, products, and services available in the store to solve issues for guests and improve their experience
- thank guests and show appreciation for choosing to shop at Target
- promote and assist with Target Loyalty program enrollment and applications
- scan and bag guest items efficiently and accurately following food safety standards and company best practices
- work efficiently to minimize guest wait times while maintaining service and accuracy
- understand and demonstrate features of the Target App including Wallet
- be familiar with Order Pick-Up, Drive-Up, and online ordering and guide guests in their use
- attempt every return and follow register prompts while partnering with leaders as needed following policies
- maintain a clean and clutter-free work area
- stock supplies during store hours while remaining available for guests
- demonstrate ethical conduct, safety, and compliance
- work in a safe manner by following all safety policies and reporting hazards
- support guest services such as order pick-up, Drive-Up orders, returns, and maintain compliance with laws
- perform other duties as needed based on business demands
