Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Capable of working in different temperature conditions
- Ability to lift or move merchandise up to 44 pounds
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends and holidays
- Reliable and punctual attendance
- Ability to remain mobile for the duration of scheduled shifts
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Effective communication skills including active listening and positive language
- Ability to engage and educate guests about products and services
- Experience with technology such as handheld scanners and register systems is a plus
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Capable of multitasking and maintaining composure in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Greet guests and create a welcoming environment
- Observe and respond to guest needs with tailored assistance
- Scan and bag guest items efficiently and accurately
- Promote Target loyalty programs and digital app features
- Handle guest returns and resolve issues following company policies
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Support order pickup, drive-up services, and registry guest interactions
