Job Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old
Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
Capable of working in different temperature conditions
Ability to lift or move merchandise up to 44 pounds
Flexible availability including nights, weekends and holidays
Reliable and punctual attendance
Ability to remain mobile for the duration of scheduled shifts

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Effective communication skills including active listening and positive language
Ability to engage and educate guests about products and services
Experience with technology such as handheld scanners and register systems is a plus
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Capable of multitasking and maintaining composure in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

Greet guests and create a welcoming environment
Observe and respond to guest needs with tailored assistance
Scan and bag guest items efficiently and accurately
Promote Target loyalty programs and digital app features
Handle guest returns and resolve issues following company policies
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Support order pickup, drive-up services, and registry guest interactions
