Job Requirements
- Flexible work schedule including nights, weekends and holidays
- reliable and prompt attendance
- ability to remain mobile for the duration of a scheduled shift
- capable of working in varying temperatures and environmental conditions such as drive-up or carryout
- able to handle checkout operations and cash transactions accurately
- ability to scan, handle and move merchandise up to 44 pounds
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required

Job Duties
- Demonstrate a service culture that prioritizes the guest service experience by delivering the service standard
- create a welcoming experience by greeting guests while completing daily tasks
- engage with guests in a welcoming way to help solve their specific needs
- make guests aware of current promotions, store activities and events
- be knowledgeable about the tools, products, and services available in the store to solve issues and improve guest experience
- thank guests and express appreciation for their choice to shop at Target
- speak to the benefits of Target Loyalty programs and assist with applications or sign-ups as needed
- scan and bag items efficiently and accurately while complying with food safety standards
- work efficiently to minimize guest wait times while maintaining service and accuracy
- demonstrate safe work practices and comply with all safety policies and training
- support guest services including order pick up, drive up orders, and returns
- maintain a clean and clutter-free work area
- stock supplies during store hours
- assist with returns and partner with leaders when needed following company policies
- comply with federal, state and local regulations especially related to adult beverage laws
- perform all other duties based on business needs
