Job Requirements
- Accurately handle cash register operations and cash transactions
- Ability to work in varying temperatures and conditions including exposure to elements
- Ability to scan, handle and move merchandise safely, including lifting up to 44 pounds
- Flexible work schedule including nights, weekends and holidays
- Reliable and prompt attendance
- Ability to remain mobile for scheduled shift duration

Job Duties
- Demonstrate a service culture that prioritizes the guest service experience by delivering the service standard
- Create a welcoming experience by greeting all guests authentically
- Scan and bag all guest items efficiently, accurately and in compliance with food safety standards
- Make the guest aware of current and upcoming brand launches, store activities and events
- Know and speak to the benefits of Target Loyalty programs and assist with application or sign-up as needed
- Attempt every return and follow register prompts while partnering with Leaders as needed
- Support guest services such as order pick up, Drive Up, and Registry guests
- Maintain a clean, clutter free work area
- Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety and compliance
- Work in a safe manner and comply with all safety policies and best practices
- Partner with Leaders to de-escalate negative situations and recover the guest shopping experience
