Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to stand and be mobile for the entire shift
  • Ability to lift and move merchandise up to 44 pounds
  • Basic proficiency with technology and handheld scanning devices
  • Reliable and prompt attendance
  • Ability to communicate in English

Job Duties

  • Demonstrate a service culture that prioritizes the guest service experience by delivering the service standard
  • Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests while completing daily tasks
  • Engage with guests to help solve their specific needs
  • Make the guest aware of current promotions, store activities and events
  • Be knowledgeable about store tools, products, and services to improve guest experience
  • Scan and bag guest items efficiently and accurately
  • Maintain a clean and clutter free work area
  • Support guest services like order pickup and Drive Up
  • Follow safety policies and demonstrate ethical conduct
  • Ensure compliance with company policies during transactions and returns
