Job Requirements
- Accurately handle checkout operations and support cash office operations as needed
- Scan, handle, and move merchandise efficiently including lifting products up to 10 pounds regularly and occasionally up to 44 pounds
- Flexible work schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays with reliable and prompt attendance
- Ability to remain mobile throughout a scheduled shift with varying length
- Capable of working in varying temperatures and exposure to elements while performing job duties
- Willingness to work in a fast-moving and physically demanding environment
- Ability to adapt to different guest interactions and situations and maintain a culture of safety and compliance

Job Duties
- Demonstrate a service culture that prioritizes the guest service experience by delivering the service standard
- Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests as you complete daily tasks
- Engage with guests in a welcoming way to help solve specific needs
- Make guests aware of current promos, store activities, and events
- Be knowledgeable about tools, products, and services available to solve issues and improve guest experience
- Thank guests and let them know appreciation for choosing to shop at Target
- Assist guests with loyalty programs and facilitate application or sign-up as needed
- Scan and bag items efficiently and accurately in compliance with food safety standards
- Work efficiently to minimize guest wait time while maintaining accuracy
- Show guests how to use features and offerings within the Target app including Wallet
- Be familiar with Order Pick-Up, Drive Up, and online ordering and help guests enroll and use these features
- Attempt every return and partner with leaders to solve issues while following policies
- Maintain a clean and clutter-free work area
- Stock supplies during store hours while being available for guests
- Demonstrate ethical conduct, safety, and compliance at all times
- Work safely and report hazards, correcting where possible
- Support guest services like order pick-up and Drive-Up orders and maintain compliance
- Perform other duties based on business needs
