Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- no prior retail experience required as training is provided
- ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays
- capable of lifting or moving merchandise up to 44 pounds occasionally and up to 10 pounds frequently
- reliable and prompt attendance
- ability to remain mobile during entire shifts
- willingness to work in varying temperature and humidity conditions
- legal eligibility to work in the United States

Job Duties
- demonstrate a service culture that prioritizes the guest service experience by delivering the service standard
- create a welcoming experience by greeting guests while completing daily tasks
- engage with guests in a welcoming way to help solve their specific needs
- make the guest aware of current promos, store activities and events
- be knowledgeable about the tools, products, and services available to solve issues and improve guest experience
- thank guests and express appreciation for choosing Target
- assist guests with Target Loyalty programs and applications
- scan and bag guest items efficiently, accurately and in compliance with food safety standards
- work efficiently to minimize guest wait time while maintaining service and accuracy
- show guests how to use the Target App features including Wallet
- be familiar with Order Pick-Up, Drive Up and online ordering and assist guests with enrollment and usage
- attempt every return following register prompts and company policies
- maintain a clean, clutter-free work area
- stock supplies during store hours while being available for guests
- demonstrate ethical conduct, safety and compliance
- work safely and comply with all safety policies and training
- support guest services such as Order Pick-Up and Drive-Up orders while maintaining compliance with relevant laws
- perform other duties as needed based on business needs
