Job Requirements
- Accurately handle checkout operations, transactions, and support cash office operations as needed
- scan, handle, and move merchandise efficiently and safely including lifting up to 10 pounds frequently and occasionally up to 44 pounds without assistance
- flexible work schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays with reliable and prompt attendance
- maintain mobility for the duration of scheduled shift
- capable of working in varying temperatures, humidity, and other environmental elements during certain duties such as Drive-Up and carryout

Job Duties
- Demonstrate a service culture that prioritizes the guest service experience by delivering the service standard
- create a welcoming experience by greeting guests while completing daily tasks
- engage with guests in a welcoming way to help solve specific needs
- make guests aware of current promotions, store activities, and events
- be knowledgeable about tools, products, and services available to solve issues and improve guest experience
- thank guests and express appreciation for shopping at Target
- promote and assist with enrollment in Target Loyalty programs
- scan and bag guest items efficiently and accurately
- work efficiently to minimize guest wait time
- demonstrate knowledge and use of Target App features including Wallet
- familiarize with order pick-up, Drive Up, and online ordering and assist guests in enrolling and activating these features
- attempt every return and follow register prompts while partnering with leaders to resolve issues
- maintain a clean and clutter-free work area
- stock supplies during store hours while remaining available for guests
- demonstrate ethical conduct, safety, and compliance
- work safely and report hazards
- support guest services such as order pick-up and Drive Up orders in compliance with applicable laws
- perform all other duties based on business needs
