Job Requirements

  • Accurately handle cash register operations and cash transactions
  • Capable of working in and exposure to varying temperatures, humidity and other elements
  • Scan, handle and move merchandise efficiently and safely including frequently lifting or moving merchandise up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 44 pounds
  • Flexible work schedule including nights, weekends and holidays
  • Reliable and prompt attendance
  • Ability to remain mobile for the duration of a scheduled shift

  • Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and other team members

Job Duties

  • Demonstrate a service culture that prioritizes the guest service experience by delivering the service standard
  • Create a welcoming experience by authentically greeting all guests
  • Scan and bag all guest items efficiently and accurately
  • Promote and engage around various benefits, offerings and services
  • Assist with application or sign-up for Target Loyalty programs
  • Support guest services such as order pick up, drive up and registry
  • Maintain a clean, clutter-free work area and stock supplies
