Job Requirements
- Ability to handle checkout operations accurately
- capable of efficiently handling and moving merchandise up to 10 pounds frequently and up to 44 pounds occasionally without assistance
- flexible work schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays

- ability to remain mobile throughout shifts of varying lengths
- capable of working in various temperature and humidity conditions
- ability to adapt to changing guest interactions and retail environment demands
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- experience in customer service or retail environments beneficial
- ability to communicate effectively using positive language

- ability to operate handheld scanners and other technology devices

Job Duties
- Demonstrate a service culture that prioritizes the guest service experience by delivering the service standard
- create a welcoming experience by greeting guests while completing daily tasks
- engage with guests to help solve their specific needs
- promote current promotions, store activities, and events
- be knowledgeable about tools, products, and services to solve guest issues and improve their experience
- thank guests and express appreciation for shopping at Target
- assist guests with Target Loyalty programs and enroll them as needed
- scan and bag all guest items efficiently and accurately
- work efficiently to minimize guest wait time while maintaining service and accuracy
- show guests how to use features in the Target App including Wallet
- support order pick-up, Drive Up, and online ordering by helping guests enroll and use these features
- follow register prompts for returns and partner with leaders to resolve issues according to company policy
- maintain a clean and clutter-free work area
- stock supplies during store hours while remaining available to guests
- demonstrate ethical conduct, safety, and compliance
- work safely in compliance with all safety policies and report hazards
- support guest services duties including compliance with federal, state, and local laws
- perform other duties based on business needs
