Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to communicate effectively with diverse guests
- Ability to stand and remain mobile for the duration of a shift
- Capacity to scan, handle, and move merchandise up to 44 pounds
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Reliable and prompt attendance

Job Duties
- Demonstrate a service culture that prioritizes the guest service experience by delivering the service standard
- Create a welcoming experience by authentically greeting all guests
- Observe to quickly understand whether a guest needs assistance or wants to interact
- Engage with guests in a genuine way including asking questions to better understand their specific needs
- Be knowledgeable about the tools, products, and services available to solve guest issues and improve their experience
- Scan and bag all guest items efficiently, accurately and in compliance with food safety standards
- Work efficiently to minimize guest wait time while maintaining guest service, accuracy, and quality
- Make the guest aware of current and upcoming brand launches, store activities and events
- Know and speak to the benefits of Target Loyalty programs and assist with application or sign-up
- Understand and show guests how to use Wallet and other Target App features
- Be familiar with all fulfillment services and direct guests to use them
- Follow register prompts for returns and partner with leaders to solve guest issues
- Partner with leaders to de-escalate negative situations and recover guest experiences
- Deliver easy and accurate service to Order Pick Up, Drive Up, and Registry guests
- Maintain a clean, clutter-free work area including gathering abandoned items
- Stock supplies during store hours while remaining available for guests
- Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety, and compliance
- Work safely at all times and comply with safety policies and best practices
- Support guest services such as order pick up, Drive-up, and related compliance duties
- Perform all other duties based on business needs
