Job Requirements

  • Accurately handle cash register operations and cash transactions
  • Ability to work in varying temperature and environmental conditions
  • Frequently lift or move merchandise up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 44 pounds
  • Flexible work schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Reliable and prompt attendance
  • Ability to remain mobile for the duration of a shift
  • Willingness to adhere to safety and compliance policies

Job Qualifications

  • Effective communication skills

Job Duties

  • Create a welcoming experience by authentically greeting all guests
  • Engage with guests to understand their specific needs
  • Be knowledgeable about store tools, products, and services
  • Scan and bag guest items efficiently and accurately
  • Promote and assist with Target Loyalty programs and app features
  • Handle returns and resolve guest concerns abiding by company policies
  • Support order pick-up, drive-up, and registry guests with accurate service
