Job Requirements
- Accurately handle cash register operations and cash transactions
- Ability to work in varying temperature and environmental conditions
- Frequently lift or move merchandise up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 44 pounds
- Flexible work schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Reliable and prompt attendance
- Ability to remain mobile for the duration of a shift
- Willingness to adhere to safety and compliance policies

Job Duties
- Create a welcoming experience by authentically greeting all guests
- Engage with guests to understand their specific needs
- Be knowledgeable about store tools, products, and services
- Scan and bag guest items efficiently and accurately
- Promote and assist with Target Loyalty programs and app features
- Handle returns and resolve guest concerns abiding by company policies
- Support order pick-up, drive-up, and registry guests with accurate service
