Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • ability to communicate effectively with diverse guests and team members
  • willingness to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • capability to lift and move merchandise up to 44 pounds occasionally
  • reliable and prompt attendance
  • ability to remain mobile during a scheduled shift
  • ability to work in varying temperatures and environments
  • compliance with safety standards and policies
  • prior retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required

Job Duties

  • Demonstrate a service culture that prioritizes the guest service experience by delivering the service standard
  • create a welcoming experience by greeting guests as you complete your daily tasks
  • engage with guests in a welcoming way to help solve their specific needs
  • make the guest aware of current promotions, store activities and events
  • be knowledgeable about tools, products, and services available in the store to solve guest issues
  • scan and bag guest items efficiently and accurately
  • maintain a clean, clutter-free work area
  • support guest services such as order pick up, drive up orders, and returns
  • follow safety policies and comply with legal requirements
  • collaborate with team members and leaders to solve guest concerns
  • complete all other duties based on business needs
