Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- ability to communicate effectively with diverse guests and team members
- willingness to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- capability to lift and move merchandise up to 44 pounds occasionally
- reliable and prompt attendance
- ability to remain mobile during a scheduled shift
- ability to work in varying temperatures and environments
- compliance with safety standards and policies
- prior retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required

Job Duties
- Demonstrate a service culture that prioritizes the guest service experience by delivering the service standard
- create a welcoming experience by greeting guests as you complete your daily tasks
- engage with guests in a welcoming way to help solve their specific needs
- make the guest aware of current promotions, store activities and events
- be knowledgeable about tools, products, and services available in the store to solve guest issues
- scan and bag guest items efficiently and accurately
- maintain a clean, clutter-free work area
- support guest services such as order pick up, drive up orders, and returns
- follow safety policies and comply with legal requirements
- collaborate with team members and leaders to solve guest concerns
- complete all other duties based on business needs
