Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to accurately handle cash register operations and cash transactions
- Capable of working in varying temperatures and environmental conditions
- Ability to scan, handle and move merchandise efficiently and safely, including lifting up to 44 pounds occasionally
- Flexible work schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Reliable and prompt attendance
- Ability to remain mobile for the duration of the scheduled shift

Job Duties
- Communicate and interact with guests to build an inclusive guest experience
- Blend problem solving and decision making to positively impact guest experience and resolve guest concerns
- Promote and engage around various benefits, offerings and services
- Scan and bag guest items efficiently, accurately and in compliance with food safety standards
- Work efficiently to minimize guest wait time while maintaining service, accuracy and quality
- Assist guests with Target Loyalty programs and app features
- Handle returns, de-escalate negative situations and recover guest experience as needed
- Maintain a clean and clutter-free work area
- Stock supplies during store open hours
- Deliver services for order pick up, drive-up and registry guests
- Ensure safety, ethical conduct and compliance at all times
