Job Requirements

Accurately handle cash register operations
Ability to work in varying temperature and humidity conditions
Capability to lift or move merchandise up to 44 pounds
Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
Reliable and prompt attendance
Ability to remain mobile throughout the shift
Willingness to engage and educate guests about products and services

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous customer service experience a plus
Effective communication skills
Positive attitude towards guests and team members
Ability to multitask and pay attention to detail
Familiarity with technology including handheld scanners
Ability to remain composed in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

Demonstrate a service culture that prioritizes the guest experience
Create a welcoming environment by greeting guests authentically
Engage with guests to understand their specific needs
Scan and bag items efficiently and accurately
Promote Target loyalty programs and assist with sign-ups
Support order pick up, drive-up services, and registry guests
