Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- reliable and prompt attendance
- ability to stand and remain mobile for the duration of a scheduled shift
- capability to lift or move products up to 44 pounds safely

Job Duties
- Demonstrate a service culture that prioritizes the guest service experience by delivering the service standard
- create a welcoming experience by greeting guests as you complete your daily tasks
- engage with guests in a welcoming way to help solve their specific needs
- make the guest aware of current promotions, store activities and events
- be knowledgeable about tools, products, and services available in the store area to solve issues and improve the guest experience
- thank guests and let them know we are happy they chose to shop at Target
- know and speak to the benefits of Target Loyalty programs with every guest and assist with application or sign-up as needed
- scan and bag all guest items efficiently, accurately and in compliance with food safety standards and company best practices
- work efficiently to minimize guest wait time while maintaining guest service and accuracy
- educate guests about the Target App including Wallet and order services
- support order pick up, drive-up services, and returns while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local laws
- maintain a clean and clutter-free work area
- stock supplies during store hours while remaining available for guests
- demonstrate ethical conduct, safety, and compliance
- work safely in compliance with all safety policies and training
- assist with additional duties as based on business needs
