Job Requirements
- Ability to accurately handle checkout operations and transactions
- capacity to scan, handle, and move merchandise efficiently and safely including lifting items up to 44 pounds
- flexible work schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays

- ability to remain mobile during scheduled shifts
- capability to work in varying temperatures and exposure conditions
- willingness to comply with safety policies and report hazards
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- ability to communicate effectively using positive language

- ability to operate multiple frequency devices and technology equipment

Job Duties
- Demonstrate a service culture that prioritizes the guest service experience by delivering the service standard
- create a welcoming experience by greeting guests while completing daily tasks
- engage with guests to solve their specific needs in a welcoming way
- make guests aware of current promotions, store activities, and events
- be knowledgeable about tools, products, and services available in the store to solve issues and improve the guest experience
- thank guests and let them know Target appreciates their business
- know and promote the benefits of Target Loyalty programs and assist with sign-up as needed
