  • Ability to accurately handle checkout operations and transactions

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Demonstrate a service culture that prioritizes the guest service experience by delivering the service standard
  • create a welcoming experience by greeting guests while completing daily tasks
  • engage with guests to solve their specific needs in a welcoming way
  • make guests aware of current promotions, store activities, and events
  • be knowledgeable about tools, products, and services available in the store to solve issues and improve the guest experience
  • thank guests and let them know Target appreciates their business
  • know and promote the benefits of Target Loyalty programs and assist with sign-up as needed
