Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays
  • reliable and prompt attendance

Job Duties

  • demonstrate a service culture that prioritizes the guest service experience by delivering the service standard
  • create a welcoming experience by greeting guests while completing daily tasks
  • engage with guests to solve their specific needs
  • promote awareness of current promos, store activities and events
  • be knowledgeable about store tools, products and services to improve guest experience
  • thank guests and express appreciation for choosing Target
  • assist guests with Target Loyalty programs and support sign-up
  • scan and bag guest items efficiently and accurately
  • minimize guest wait time while maintaining service quality
  • educate guests on features of the Target App and digital services
  • support order pick-up, drive-up orders, and returns
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
  • stock supplies and support store operations
  • comply with safety policies and ethical conduct
  • handle checkout operations and transaction accuracy
  • manage merchandise safely and efficiently
