Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays
- reliable and prompt attendance
- ability to handle physical tasks including lifting up to 44 pounds
- capability to remain mobile during shifts
- ability to work in various temperature and humidity conditions
- legal authorization to work in the US

Job Duties

- create a welcoming experience by greeting guests while completing daily tasks
- engage with guests to solve their specific needs
- promote awareness of current promos, store activities and events
- be knowledgeable about store tools, products and services to improve guest experience
- thank guests and express appreciation for choosing Target
- assist guests with Target Loyalty programs and support sign-up
- scan and bag guest items efficiently and accurately
- minimize guest wait time while maintaining service quality
- educate guests on features of the Target App and digital services
- support order pick-up, drive-up orders, and returns
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
- stock supplies and support store operations
- comply with safety policies and ethical conduct
- handle checkout operations and transaction accuracy
- manage merchandise safely and efficiently
