Job Duties
- demonstrate a service culture that prioritizes the guest service experience by delivering the service standard
- create a welcoming experience by greeting guests during daily tasks
- engage with guests to help solve their specific needs
- make guests aware of current promos, store activities, and events
- be knowledgeable about store tools, products, and services to resolve guest issues
- thank guests and express appreciation for shopping at Target
- promote loyalty programs and assist with sign-up
- scan and bag guest items efficiently and accurately
- work efficiently to minimize wait time while maintaining service and accuracy
- educate guests on the use of Target App features including Wallet
- guide guests on order pick-up, drive-up, and online orders
- manage returns following company policies
- maintain a clean and clutter-free work area
- stock supplies during store hours
- demonstrate ethical conduct, safety, and compliance culture
- work safely and report hazards
- support guest services like order pick-up and drive-up orders
- perform additional duties based on business needs
