Job Duties

  • demonstrate a service culture that prioritizes the guest service experience by delivering the service standard
  • create a welcoming experience by greeting guests during daily tasks
  • engage with guests to help solve their specific needs
  • make guests aware of current promos, store activities, and events
  • be knowledgeable about store tools, products, and services to resolve guest issues
  • thank guests and express appreciation for shopping at Target
  • promote loyalty programs and assist with sign-up
  • scan and bag guest items efficiently and accurately
  • work efficiently to minimize wait time while maintaining service and accuracy
  • educate guests on the use of Target App features including Wallet
  • guide guests on order pick-up, drive-up, and online orders
  • manage returns following company policies
  • maintain a clean and clutter-free work area
  • stock supplies during store hours
  • demonstrate ethical conduct, safety, and compliance culture
  • work safely and report hazards
  • support guest services like order pick-up and drive-up orders
  • perform additional duties based on business needs
