Job Duties
- Demonstrate a service culture that prioritizes the guest service experience by delivering the service standard
- Create a welcoming experience by authentically greeting all guests
- Engage with guests to understand their specific needs and provide tailored assistance
- Scan and bag all guest items efficiently and accurately
- Promote and assist guests with Target Loyalty programs and digital app features
- Attempt every return and follow register prompts while adhering to company policies
- Maintain a clean, clutter-free work area and stock supplies during store hours
