- High school diploma or equivalent

Job Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- basic math skills for transaction handling

Job Duties
- Demonstrate a service culture that prioritizes the guest service experience by delivering the service standard
- create a welcoming experience by greeting guests as you complete daily tasks
- engage with guests in a welcoming way to help solve their specific needs
- make guests aware of current promotions, store activities, and events
- be knowledgeable about tools, products, and services in the store to solve guest issues
- thank guests and let them know we appreciate their business
- assist guests with Target Loyalty program sign-ups
- scan and bag guest items efficiently and accurately
- work efficiently to minimize guest wait time while maintaining accuracy
- understand and show guests how to use features of the Target App including Wallet
- be familiar with order pick-up, drive-up, and online ordering and assist guests in enrollment and usage
- process returns and follow register prompts
- maintain a clean and clutter-free work area
- stock supplies during store open hours
- demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety, and compliance
- comply with all safety policies and report hazards
- support guest services like order pickup, drive-up orders, and maintain compliance with relevant laws
- perform other business-related duties as needed
