Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous retail or customer service experience a plus
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to use handheld scanners and operate cash registers
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Positive attitude and willingness to engage with guests
- Capability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Demonstrate a service culture that prioritizes the guest service experience
- Create a welcoming experience by authentically greeting all guests
- Scan and bag all guest items efficiently and accurately
- Make guests aware of current and upcoming brand launches, store activities and events
- Assist guests with Target Loyalty program sign-ups and application
- Manage returns by following register prompts and company policies
- Support order pick up, drive up and registry guest services
