Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- flexible availability including nights, weekends, holidays, and peak times
- basic math and transaction handling skills
- ability to lift and move items up to 44 pounds
- reliable and prompt attendance
- ability to stand and remain mobile for entire shifts
- capability to work in varying environmental conditions

Job Duties
- Demonstrate a service culture that prioritizes the guest service experience by delivering the service standard
- create a welcoming experience by greeting guests as you are completing your daily tasks
- engage with guests in a welcoming way to help solve their specific needs
- make the guest aware of current promos, store activities and events
- be knowledgeable about the tools, products, and services available to solve issues and improve guest experience
- thank guests and show appreciation for their choice to shop at Target
- promote and assist with Target Loyalty programs and applications
- scan and bag guest items efficiently and accurately
- work efficiently to minimize guest wait time while maintaining service and accuracy
- understand and demonstrate the features of the Target app including Wallet
- be familiar with Order Pick-Up, Drive Up and online ordering and assist guests with these services
- handle returns by following register prompts and company policies
- maintain a clean and organized work area
- stock supplies during store hours
- demonstrate ethical conduct, safety and compliance culture
- work safely and report hazards
- support guest services like order pick up, Drive-Up orders and returns with compliance to laws
- perform other duties as assigned based on business needs
