Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior retail or customer service experience preferred
- ability to stand and remain mobile for the duration of shifts
- capability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- ability to lift up to 44 pounds occasionally without assistance
- basic technology proficiency with handheld scanners and communication devices
- commitment to safety and compliance policies
- willingness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- demonstrate a service culture that prioritizes the guest service experience by delivering the service standard
- create a welcoming experience by greeting guests while completing daily tasks
- engage guests to help solve their specific needs in a welcoming manner
- promote and inform guests about current promotions, store activities, and events
- be knowledgeable about tools, products, and services to solve guest issues and improve experience
- thank guests and express appreciation for choosing Target
- assist guests with Target Loyalty programs and support applications or sign-ups
- scan and bag guest items efficiently and accurately
- work efficiently to minimize guest wait time while maintaining service and accuracy
- educate guests on features of the Target app, including Wallet
- direct guests on order pick-up, drive-up, and online ordering enrollment and use
- handle returns and follow register prompts, partnering with leaders when needed
- maintain a clean and clutter-free work area
- stock supplies during store hours while being available for guests
- demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety, and compliance
- work safely and comply with all safety policies and report hazards
- support guest services such as order pickup and drive-up while ensuring regulatory compliance
- perform all other duties based on business needs
