Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior customer service experience beneficial but not required
- ability to communicate effectively with diverse guests
- flexible to work varying shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- ability to handle physical demands such as lifting up to 44 pounds
- reliable attendance and punctuality
- ability to stand and remain mobile for entire shifts
- willingness to work in various temperature conditions
- basic technology proficiency including use of scanners and handheld devices

Job Duties
- demonstrate a service culture that prioritizes the guest service experience by delivering the service standard
- create a welcoming experience by greeting guests while completing daily tasks
- engage with guests to help solve their specific needs
- make guests aware of current promotions, store activities, and events
- be knowledgeable about the tools, products, and services available in the store
- thank guests and express appreciation for shopping at Target
- promote and assist with Target Loyalty programs and sign-ups
- scan and bag guest items efficiently and accurately
- minimize guest wait time while maintaining service and accuracy
- educate guests on using the Target App and features
- support order pick-up, drive-up orders, and returns with compliance
- maintain a clean and clutter-free work area
- stock supplies during store hours
- follow all safety policies and report hazards
- perform other duties as needed based on business requirements
