Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Capability to operate handheld scanners and other store technology
- Willingness to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to handle cash register operations accurately
- Ability to lift and move merchandise up to 44 pounds safely
- Physical ability to climb ladders and remain mobile throughout shifts
- Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment and complying with safety policies
Job Qualifications

- Ability to operate handheld technology devices and scanners

- Basic knowledge of inventory management and sales floor operations
Job Duties
- Create a welcoming experience by authentically greeting all guests
- Observe to quickly understand whether a guest needs assistance or wants to interact
- Engage with guests in a genuine way including asking questions to understand their specific needs
- Be knowledgeable about tools, products, and services to solve guest issues and improve their experience
- Thank guests genuinely and express appreciation for shopping at Target
- Help guests while completing workload with minimal disruption
- Work in all departments to ensure sales floor is full, zoned, and stocked
- Push and stock product to sales floor
- Execute adjacency changes, transitions, revisions, and sales plans
- Conduct price change workload and ensure accurate signing for all departments
- Complete scans and system audits to ensure inventory accuracy
- Support execution of major transitions and ISM
- Maintain interior and exterior brand standards including cleanliness and cart management
- Accurately execute all product pulls and backstock from all departments
- Process inbound deliveries using receiving applications
- Complete backroom daily and weekly audits
- Operate power equipment if certified
- Maintain backroom organization and location accuracy
- Follow processes with attention to detail and prioritize tasks
- Demonstrate ethical conduct, safety, and compliance culture
- Work safely and identify hazards, complying with safety policies and best practices
- Support guest services such as back-up cashier, order pickup, and Drive-Up ensuring compliance
- Perform all other duties as needed based on business requirements
