Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous retail or customer service experience beneficial
Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
Proficiency in using handheld scanners and technology devices
Capability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow multi-step processes
Ability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment
Commitment to delivering excellent customer service
Basic knowledge of retail operations and merchandising

Job Duties

Create a welcoming experience by authentically greeting all guests
Observe to quickly understand whether a guest needs assistance or wants to interact
Engage with guests in a genuine way, including asking questions to better understand their specific needs
Be knowledgeable about the tools, products, and services available to solve issues and improve guest experience
Thank guests genuinely and let them know they are valued
Help guests while completing workload with minimal disruption
Work in all departments to ensure sales floor is full, zoned and in stock
Push and stock product to sales floor
Execute adjacency changes, transitions, revisions and sales plans
Conduct weekly price change workload and ensure correct regular and promotional signing
Complete scans and system audit functions to ensure inventory accuracy
Support execution of major store transitions
Maintain interior and exterior brand cleanliness and safety
Accurately execute all product pulls and manage backstock
Process inbound deliveries using receive application
Complete all backroom daily and weekly audits
Operate power equipment if certified
Maintain backroom organization and equipment guidelines
Follow processes with attention to detail and prioritize tasks
Demonstrate ethical conduct, safety and compliance
Work safely and identify hazards
Support guest services including backup cashier, order pick up and Drive-up
Perform all duties based on business needs
