Job Requirements
- Accurately handle cash register operations as needed
- climb up and down ladders
- scan, handle, and move merchandise efficiently and safely, including frequently lifting or moving merchandise up to 15 pounds and occasionally lifting or moving merchandise and fixtures up to 44 pounds without additional assistance from others
- flexible work schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- reliable and prompt attendance necessary
- capable of working in and exposure to varying temperatures, humidity, and other elements while performing certain job duties
- ability to remain mobile for the duration of a scheduled shift
Job Qualifications
- Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and other team members
- ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners and other technology equipment as directed

Job Duties
- Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests as you are completing your daily tasks
- engage with guests in a welcoming way to help solve their specific needs
- thank guests and let them know we are happy they chose to shop at Target
- be knowledgeable about the tools, products, and services available in the total store and specific to your area
- help guests as you complete workload with minimal guest disruption
- work in all departments to ensure sales floor is full, zoned, and in stock
- assist with truck unload process and stock product to the sales floor
