Job Requirements
- Able to lift or move merchandise up to 44 pounds occasionally without assistance
- Flexible work schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Reliable and prompt attendance
- Ability to work in varying temperatures and environmental conditions
- Ability to remain mobile for the duration of a shift
- Accurately handle cash register operations as needed
- Climb up and down ladders safely
- Use handheld scanners and technology devices

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous retail or customer service experience is helpful but not required
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Capability to operate handheld scanners and multiple frequency communication devices
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to maintain composure and focus in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for cash register operations
- Physical ability to climb ladders and move merchandise safely
- Flexibility to work varying shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Commitment to ethical conduct, safety, and compliance
Job Duties
- Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests as you complete daily tasks
- Engage with guests in a welcoming way to help solve their specific needs
- Thank guests and let them know we are happy they chose to shop at Target
- Be knowledgeable about tools, products, and services available in the store to solve issues and improve guest experience
- Help guests while completing workload with minimal disruption
- Work in all departments to ensure sales floor is full, zoned, and in stock
- Assist with truck unload process and stock product to sales floor
- Make changes to sales floor merchandise displays
- Conduct weekly price changes and ensure accurate signing
- Complete scans and system audits to ensure inventory accuracy
- Support execution of major transitions
- Maintain interior and exterior brand cleanliness
- Accurately execute all product fills and organize reserve product
- Process inbound deliveries using receive application
- Complete all backroom daily and weekly audits
- Operate powered equipment if certified
- Maintain backroom organization and follow equipment guidelines
- Follow processes accurately with attention to detail
- Demonstrate ethical conduct, safety, and compliance
- Work safely, comply with policies, report hazards
- Support guest services such as back-up cashier, order pick up, and Drive-up
- Perform other duties based on business needs
